About The Position

This position is part of the Power Generation Division, which manages over 40,000 megawatts (MW) of installed capacity from diverse energy sources. The role is based at the Stafford Solar Site near Roaring Springs, TX. The technician will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of solar PV collection assemblies, battery energy storage, and AC/DC inverters across multiple solar power plants to ensure safe, efficient, and environmentally sound operations. This includes maintaining tools, shops, vehicles, and work locations, as well as performing inspections and troubleshooting for solar arrays and inverters. The position also involves supporting teammates in nearby states to maintain reliability and operations within the assigned area.

Requirements

• High School Grad / GED
• Experience: 0+ years
• Valid Driver's License (NON CDL)
