We are seeking a talented AEC sales enablement professional to join our team and support our engineers and planners within the Business Development Organization. This position is open to remote and/or hybrid locations across the RS&H footprint. As a pursuit specialist, you will have the opportunity to shape the way we connect with our clients through RFQ and RFP responses with special attention to thoughtful messaging and effective storytelling. You will work closely with a highly experienced team of engineers, architects, marketers, client managers, and graphic designers who come together to understand clients and communicate our value proposition. Although dissecting RFQs and RFPs and formatting compliant responses is a critical function of this role, it’s not the only function. Our marketing specialists are an essential part of the capture process and are expected to think critically, be creative, ask questions, and share insights.
