Pursuit Specialist - Preconstruction
About The Position
Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Pursuit Specialist to join their Preconstruction team in Minnesota. This role is crucial for strengthening project pursuits by collaborating with Preconstruction, Accounting, and Construction teams. The specialist will focus on providing support to ensure smooth and organized processes, deliver excellent customer service, and maintain consistency throughout the pursuit and preconstruction phases. The position involves driving efficiency and maintaining a client-centered approach from the initiation of pursuits to the seamless transition into project execution.
Requirements
- 4 years of proven experience in an administrative support role.
- Strong organizational skills are required to handle multiple responsibilities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with various teams.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in relevant systems and databases.
- Monitor compliance with internal policies and procedures.
- Serve as point of contact and facilitate communication between departments, regions, and sector.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth information flow.
- Initiate project number creation and manage awareness and access for necessary team members.
- Provide estimate creation support and associated administrative tasks such as document organization and distribution.
- Support the subcontractor outreach process such as calling bidders to verify their commitment to bid.
- Assist in early contract creation, invoice processing, and document management.
- Coordinate permit tasks establishment.
- Support bidding processes through BuildingConnected.
- Facilitate subcontractor early registrations through TradeTapp.
- Manage billing systems like Textura and Nexus during the pursuit phase.
- Ensure a smooth handoff from pursuit to project execution team.
