Pure Barre Teacher
About The Position
Pure Barre is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Teachers for its studio locations in Bellevue, Kirkland, Mill Creek, Capitol Hill, and Columbia Station. This is a part-time, hourly, non-exempt position. Teachers are expected to be available for early mornings, midday, evenings, weekends, and holidays, and must commit to teaching a minimum of 6 classes per week for the first 12 months. The role involves diligent preparation, including studying choreography and planning classes, as well as learning full choreography changes quarterly. Teachers will also assist with studio tidiness. A key aspect of the role requires the ability to lift hand weights, demonstrate the Pure Barre Technique with proper form, and maintain high energy throughout a 50-minute class. All teachers must complete Pure Barre-specific training before teaching.

Nice To Haves
- Background in dance, fitness, cheerleading or barre concept (ideal but not required)
Responsibilities
- Availability to teach a minimum of 6 classes per week for the first 12 months of employment (classes are offered early mornings, midday, evenings, weekends, and holidays)
- Diligent planning and preparation before each class, including diligent study of choreography and class planning prior to each class, as well as learning full choreography changes on a quarterly basis
