About The Position

Pure Barre is seeking enthusiastic, energetic individuals to become Pure Barre Instructors. This role involves leading inspiring 50-minute classes, creating a welcoming environment, and motivating clients to achieve their fitness goals. The position offers a flexible part-time opportunity within a supportive community, with comprehensive training provided for selected candidates. A minimum 18-month teaching commitment is required.

Nice To Haves

Background in dance, fitness, Pilates, cheerleading, barre, or group exercise is preferred but not required.
Current or former Pure Barre instructors and members are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Lead inspiring 50-minute classes for up to 23 clients.
Create an encouraging, welcoming environment that keeps members coming back.
Teach a minimum of 6 classes per week, including weekday evenings and weekends.
Deliver safe, energetic, and motivating classes that follow Pure Barre methodology.
Learn and perform quarterly choreography updates.
Prepare thoroughly for each class through practice and class planning.
Build meaningful relationships with members and create an exceptional client experience.
Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio.
Demonstrate exercises, lift light hand weights, perform full-body push-ups, and maintain high energy throughout each 50-minute class.
