About The Position

The Purchasing Team Lead will assist the Regional Purchasing Manager in ensuring all job reviews sent from Design Consultants, Product Specialists, and Bath Review Specialists are completed with accuracy in compliance with metrics set by management. This role will need to keep the Purchasing Team on process, properly prioritized; providing coaching, decision making on abnormal circumstances, and communication with the Regional Operations and Sales teams.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Highly detail-oriented person with superior organization skills.
• Self-starter who is comfortable working independently on assigned daily tasks.
• Ability to work at a steady pace while performing repetitive work.
• Must have a valid smart phone or smart device to log in to Company required systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Proficient knowledge in building and manipulating Sales Orders and Purchase Orders to reflect proper allocation of products.
• Process shower and bath jobs, services, change orders, and all shower and bath ancillary actions efficiently to maintain a minimum accuracy percentage and revenue target as set by Regional Purchasing Manager within three (3) weeks of hire date.
• Receive order acknowledgements provided by various shower and bath vendors and review for correctness.
• Receive customer product requirements from Design Consultants, Project Specialists, and Bath Review Specialists and review for accuracy and completeness.
• Submit order information to various vendors to ensure correct products are procured.
• Knowledge of all shower and bath products and processes.
