This role is an Accounts Payable and Receiving Lead position. The Accounts Payable duties include processing all invoices and credits within Birchstreet for supporting tracks, and collecting and reviewing statements provided from vendors for accuracy. The Receiving Lead duties include owning the receiving process, training and coordinating supporting help if needed, taking temperatures, handling catch weight items, and communicating shorts with departments and the Director of Purchasing. This role will also assist the Director of Purchasing in communication with vendors and must be willing to travel and support motorsport tracks. Other duties as assigned.
