Requirements

• 1-3 years of purchasing, procurement, or related experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a busy environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

Nice To Haves

• Healthcare purchasing experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Process and monitor purchase orders from start to finish
• Track shipments, delivery schedules, and order updates
• Communicate with vendors regarding order status, invoices, and payments
• Troubleshoot and resolve purchasing issues quickly and professionally
• Serve as a primary point of contact for vendor inquiries
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service teams to provide timely updates
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and tracking information
• Build and strengthen vendor relationships that support business success
