About The Position

The Accelerated Leadership Program is a dynamic global technology company that offers numerous development opportunities. This program consists of four six-month rotations providing cross-departmental exposure. Rotations can be located at any Schaeffler facility in the North American Region (USA, Mexico, and Canada), with potential for international rotations. The program begins in Fort Mill, SC, and upon graduation, a permanent position as a Purchasing Specialist in Fort Mill, SC is guaranteed.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain / Operations Management or related Business degree.
Accepting June 2026 or later graduation dates.
3.0 minimum GPA.
At least two rotations of relevant co-ops or internships.
Thorough understanding of engineering principals.
Excellent Organization and Communication skills.
Strong Microsoft Office skills.
Willingness to relocate every 6 months.

Responsibilities

Partner with a mentor to develop best practices and evolve into a leader at Schaeffler.
Gain knowledge alongside experts in relevant and cross-functional departments.
Receive training based on the 70:20:10 model (hands-on experience, mentoring, formal training).
Participate in leadership training and utilize tools to develop leadership skills.
Complete rotation development milestones.
Become equipped for a guaranteed position upon program graduation.
