Meeting Street is seeking a Purchasing Specialist for 30 hours per week. This role is responsible for performing routine procurement and contracting activities under the guidance of the CFO. The Purchasing Specialist will also be responsible for reviewing and updating purchasing procedures, creating and maintaining a preferred vendor list, managing purchase orders, authorizing payments, and collaborating with internal departments to fulfill customer requests.
