Responsibilities
- Manage contract records, documents and asset records in contract management applications.
- Research contract and contracted telecommunications assets within an Engineering organization.
- Draft, revise and edit contractual documents.
- Accelerate the development of contracts, amendments, and SOWs.
- Monitor contract renewals and other key contract milestones.
- Resolve contract compliance issues.
- Identify issues and coordinate resolutions with transactions internal negotiation team.
- Understand business requirements, legal provisions, and Corporate Policies.
- Review and interpret Sourcing and Corporate Policy requirements.
- Take responsibility for consultation on and escalation of contractual terms and conditions to Senior Management, including provision of current and potential legal and business issues and/or risks.
