Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn

Responsibilities
- Assist in the research and identification of potential suppliers and vendors
- Help evaluate supplier proposals and negotiate pricing
- Support the purchasing team in managing inventory levels and stock orders
- Conduct market research to ensure competitive pricing and quality
- Prepare and maintain purchasing documentation such as purchase orders and contracts
- Participate in supplier meetings and assist in building strong relationships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support procurement strategies
