This role is responsible for processing a high volume of field orders with speed, urgency, and accuracy. The Purchasing Coordinator will receive requests from field employees, coordinate vendor order placement, and complete detailed data entry and system updates for all purchasing activity. Key functions include ensuring accurate and timely order entry, communicating with vendors about order status, and resolving discrepancies with field employees. The position also involves tracking purchasing activity, maintaining organized records, and proactively identifying and resolving order issues to ensure smooth operations. The Purchasing Coordinator will support daily coordination between operations, vendors, and the field team.
