About The Position

Contract Signature and Workflow Oversight (60%) Manage end-to-end contract signature processes, ensuring adherence to established workflows and compliance standards. Monitor approval chains, engage stakeholders, and maintain accurate documentation of all signatory actions. Supplier Onboarding Management (35%) Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and vendors during the supplier onboarding process Submit onboarding requests in Zycus, coordinate with suppliers, and troubleshoot issues to ensure timely completion Liaise with Corporate Accounts Payable and procurement teams as needed. Departmental Support (5%) Provide administrative and operational support for related procurement and contract activities.

Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Minimum 4 years in administrative management or support roles.
  • Advanced knowledge of Ariba procure-to-pay systems.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and advanced Excel skills.
