At Accenture Federal Services, the primary role of the Purchasing Collaboration and Oversight Manager is to assist the Procurement Collaboration & Oversight (PCO) lead in carrying out Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR) compliance for Subcontract Management and Procurement (SM&P) in Accenture Federal Services (AFS). This role involves working side-by-side with Procurement and Supply Chain teams to build and maintain a "culture of readiness" for compliance, moving beyond just auditing.
