  • Auditing credit card reports
  • Managing vendor inquiries and records, including W-9 and 1099 maintenance
  • Reconciling vendor statements
  • Resolving discrepancies
  • Supporting month-end closing
  • Maintaining thorough and accurate documentation in line with company policies and accounting standards.
