Berkeys Plumbing, A/C & Electrical has been serving North Texas since 1975, and we’re looking for a detail-oriented Purchasing Clerk to join our Fleet & Warehouse team. If you enjoy organization, working with vendors, and keeping operations running smoothly, we’d love to meet you!

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of purchasing experience preferred
• Experience with ERP systems (WASP and ServiceTitan preferred)
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Word
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, or related industry experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Create, review, and process purchase orders
• Track purchase orders from creation through delivery
• Coordinate with vendors to obtain pricing, availability, and order updates
• Maintain vendor relationships and accurate purchasing records
• Assist with vendor maintenance and documentation
• Reconcile outstanding purchase orders and update inventory records
• Support month-end purchasing activities
• Assist with warehouse and office projects as needed
