About The Position

Purchasing and Inventory Control Full Time position Hourly Rate: $26.50 The Inventory Coordinator worker at Wiley Mission interacts with residents and staff on a daily basis. This person requires inventory knowledge as well as the ability to interact with others in a kind and respectful manner. Essential responsibilities include but are not limited to: Responsible for material flow and storage in the facility and distribution of medical material to appropriate locations within the Nursing Department. Works closely with the Nursing department to ensure appropriate inventory levels of stocked products are addressed. Orders & Stocks closets with inventory throughout the facility. Ensures quality control standards are met and preforms stock rotation. Moves freight pallets to various storage locations. Monitors and creates a system for inventory management. Frequently completes product research when ordering medical supplies and materials. Runs errands to pick up supplies as requested.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent.
Possess a valid and appropriate state driver’s license and safe driving record.

Nice To Haves

Some experience desired in inventory management.
Experience with Microsoft Office products preferred.

Responsibilities
