Requirements

  • Associate degree in Finance, Business, or related field is desirable
  • A minimum of one year working in a Finance, Administrative, or HR setting highly preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, or related software
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from work
  • Must be bondable
  • Must be in possession of a valid driver’s license
  • No at-fault accidents within the last 3 years; no violations within the last 12 months
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
  • Ability to maneuver packages up to 100 lbs unassisted
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically-demanding office and sorting environment
  • Ability to obey all applicable traffic laws, and drive in accordance with weather/road conditions

  • Experience operating delivery vehicles, such as vans, desirable

Responsibilities

  • Ordering and tracking supplies and materials across the organization
  • Ensuring all equipment is appropriately tagged and included in organization’s equipment inventory database
  • Perform quarterly inventory audits directly at school sites and headquarters office
  • Assisting Office Manager with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receiving tasks
  • Receive, verify, inspect, properly label and/or store all incoming deliveries
  • Report incoming packages to appropriate department/end-user
  • Process outgoing shipments using USPS, UPS, FedEx and various freight forwarders
  • Supports day-to-day office operations, including ordering supplies, tracking inventory, and submitting service or facilities requests.
  • Performs routine clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, filing, mailing, and handling deliveries.
  • Dispersing and retrieving company equipment as necessary
  • Booking/reserving bus requests for field trips and special events
  • Responsible for arranging transportation needs for schools and office for field trips as necessary
  • Perform other duties as assigned
