About The Position

Requirements

High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
Valid Driver’s License.
3 years of purchasing or procurement experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to obtain airport security clearance.
Availability to work day or night shift including weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

Experience in warehouse, logistics, or airport operations.
Familiarity with ERP or purchasing systems.
Knowledge of inventory control and supply chain processes

Responsibilities

Procure materials, equipment, and services in accordance with established purchasing policies and procedures
Issue purchase orders and track order status to ensure on-time delivery
Communicate with vendors regarding pricing, availability, lead times, and order discrepancies
Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation in ERP and inventory systems
Coordinate with warehouse, operations, and finance teams to support material requirements
Monitor inventory levels and assist with demand planning as needed
Resolve invoice discrepancies and work with Accounts Payable to ensure timely payment
Support supplier performance and maintain professional vendor relationships
Comply with all Oshkosh Corporation safety, quality, and ethical standards
