About The Position
Tutor Perini Corporation is seeking a Purchasing Agent for its Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation (HART) project in Honolulu, Hawaii. The role involves soliciting quotes and selecting vendors for project materials and services. The position supports Tutor Perini’s HART City Center Guideway and Stations project, a contract covering the design and construction of six rail stations and approximately three miles of elevated rail guideway in downtown Honolulu.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 2 years of construction experience in inventory management, logistics planning, and purchasing.
- Previous experience working with local vendors and suppliers in the Honolulu area.
Responsibilities
- Solicit quotes and select vendors for materials and services needed by the project.
- Issue purchase orders.
- Manage documentation.
- Track inventory.
- Produce reports.
Benefits
- Expected salary range of $90,000–$140,000, depending on experience.
