About The Position
Northcentral Telcom (NCT) is looking for a full-time Purchasing Agent - Materials Buyer in Menomonee Falls, WI to join their team. This role is for someone who can keep projects moving by ensuring the right materials are available at the right time, thrives on negotiating pricing, managing inventory, and building strong supplier relationships. The ideal candidate will value initiative, precision, and collaboration.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency
- 2+ years in a procurement or buying role
- Proficiency in database, order processing, and MS 365 software
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized with exceptional time management skills
- Strong negotiation, attention to detail, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Team player with a proactive attitude
