About The Position

This role focuses on streamlining and managing procurement operations, vendor management, and IT operations to support a fast-growing technology organization. The Purchasing Administrator will ensure efficient vendor onboarding, proactive tracking of purchase requests and POs, and standardization of procurement workflows. Success in this role means reducing operational friction for engineering and IT teams, providing clear visibility to stakeholders, and contributing to scalable procurement processes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in procurement operations, vendor management, IT operations, project coordination, or related fields
  • Experience working with procurement or ERP systems (SAP preferred)
  • Strong organizational and follow-through skills
  • Ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams and deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable operating in cross-functional technical environments
  • High attention to detail and operational ownership mindset
