About The Position

THE ROLE We are looking for a Fulltime Purchasing Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a purchasing administrative assistant, you will manage and issue purchase orders through our inventory software while maintaining accurate order guides, pricing, item setup, and vendor alignment. Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Able to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes.
  • Ability to be self-motivated and work independently and work well as a team player.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to understand written and oral direction and to communicate the same with others.
  • Ability to lift/move/maneuver up to 50 lbs.
  • Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching and repetitive motions.
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions.
  • Exposure to loud noises (i.e., fireworks, voices, and audio systems), flashing lights, and extreme heat/cold

Responsibilities

  • Manage and issue purchase orders in our inventory software
  • Maintain and optimize inventory order guides, ensuring accurate pricing, item setup, and vendor alignment
  • Coordinate purchasing cycles around event schedules, ensuring all locations are fully stocked for game days and high-volume events
  • Partner with warehouse teams to support accurate receiving, inventory counts, and reconciliation of discrepancies
  • Monitor inventory levels and key product movement to prevent stockouts and reduce excess inventory
  • Generate and analyze reports on usage, purchasing trends, and cost variances to support operational decision-making
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with culinary, concessions, and operations teams to align purchasing with menu execution and demand planning
  • Adheres to the Legends Global and venue company policies.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
  • Available to work non-traditional hours (Nights, Weekends & Holidays)
