Requirements

Excellent computer knowledge
Good organizational and communication skills

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with lighting products an asset
Previous purchasing experience and understanding of Eclipse is considered an asset

Responsibilities

Maintaining and balancing stock using Solar Eclipse (ERP) replenishment system within company guidelines
Ordering non-stock products as required
Resolving issues related to sales orders, transfers and purchase orders
Tracing requests for product with supplier
Reconciling physical on hand quantities through inventory adjustments
Reviewing inventory reports to return non-turning products to vendors
Working with management and sales staff to reduce clearance product
Making necessary adjustments to ensure proper inventory levels through product maintenance
Transferring required inventory from other branches with surplus
Support branches in dealing with defective and damaged product
Participate in physical inventory counts
Performing other duties as assigned
