About The Position

This role is responsible for managing the reception and processing of purchase orders (POs). The analyst will ensure POs are accurate, updated in systems, and that any necessary corrections are made prior to acceptance. The position involves collaboration with various internal teams to resolve issues, improve efficiency, and analyze operational data for optimization opportunities. The role also supports continuous improvement initiatives and requires adherence to organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Must possess valid U.S. identification (passport or driver's license).
• U.S. social security number required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Office 365.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to solve issues independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• English level Advanced.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Request and follow up on required PO corrections prior to acceptance.
• Accept and update PO status in systems while maintaining accurate documentation for reporting and audit needs.
• Collaborate with order execution, customer-facing teams, sales, and contract teams to resolve issues and improve workflow efficiency.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying root causes and recommending sustainable solutions.
• Follow organizational policies and regulatory requirements; participate in trainings on tools and process updates.
