About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Punjabi Transcription Expert to join our team. This role involves transcribing audio and video content in Punjabi with a high degree of accuracy, paying close attention to linguistic nuances. You will also be responsible for annotating transcripts with relevant metadata and speaker identification, as well as reviewing and editing existing transcriptions to ensure they meet our quality standards. The ideal candidate will provide cultural and contextual insights to improve language data fidelity and collaborate effectively to clarify project requirements. You will deliver completed transcription assignments within project timelines.

Requirements

• Native or near-native proficiency in Punjabi, with strong command of grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
• Proven experience in transcription or language annotation, particularly for Punjabi content.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate linguistic nuances and cultural specifics.
