Requirements

Associate's degree or equivalent experience
At least two years in a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
Proficiency in CNC Pro Machine Programming
Proficiency in WDS modules
Proficiency in Excel
Proficiency in MS Word
Familiarity with CAD/CAM programs
Familiarity with machine shop practices
Ability to read safety and operational documentation

Responsibilities

Reviewing and adjusting time standards
Preparing and updating manufacturing work instructions
Maintaining the equipment in your department
Analyzing and resolving work-related issues
Keeping accurate time and production records
Estimating, requisitioning, and inspecting materials
Setting up dies and operating shop equipment
Coordinating tool maintenance
Identifying tooling needs to meet production schedules
Actively participating in process improvement initiatives with our Manufacturing Engineering team
Training staff
Ensuring machinery operates efficiently
