Punch Out Installer
About The Position
Punch Out Installer - $22-$24 per hr Completes punch-out work on HVAC installations Correct Red Tag notices from inspections. Balancing of HVAC systems and airflow issues to insure proper system performance. Implement builder changes to duct installations. Ensures all work meets quality standards. Communicates identified issues with installers or supervisors as needed Working in outdoor environment and adverse weather conditions. Customer facing during schedules service appointments Completes all required documentation accurately and in a timely manner Maintains a clean and organized job site Follows all company safety policies and procedures Other duties as assigned Duties may vary by location.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED. Experience may be substituted for education.
- Prior HVAC installation experience
- Ability to read installation plans/documents
- Maintains and cleans work area upon completion
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to communicate in English effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Beginner computing skills and able to use a computer, laptop or tablet.
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to work overtime with little notice; weekend hours may occasionally be required
Nice To Haves
- HVAC trade school certification
- 1-2 years’ experience in construction, HVAC or related experience
- EPA Certification
- Willingness to learn and be a part of a team

- Ability to build positive relationships with customers, both internal and external
- Willingness and ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization.
