As a Machine Operator II, you'll play an important role in producing high-quality products while working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You'll help keep operations running smoothly, troubleshoot equipment, and ensure every product meets our quality standards.

Requirements

  • Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 75 lbs.
  • Comfortable standing, walking, bending, crouching, kneeling, reaching, and climbing throughout the workday.
  • Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment to ensure quality products are made efficiently.
  • Inspect products throughout the manufacturing process and make machine or tooling adjustments as needed.
  • Communicate equipment, material, or production concerns to your Group Lead or Supervisor.
  • Perform routine machine maintenance and operational checks, including lubrication, tool upkeep, fluid replacement, pressure checks, and safety inspections.
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area and properly dispose of scrap materials.
  • Follow established quality standards and procedures to ensure products meet customer expectations.
  • Use required PPE and follow all safety guidelines to help create a safe workplace for everyone.
  • Operate material handling equipment to safely move materials throughout the production area.
  • Support efficient workflow and productivity within the department.
  • Share knowledge and assist in training team members when needed.
  • Collaborate, share ideas for improvement, and take on additional responsibilities as opportunities arise.
