About The Position

We take care of the dirty work, so our customers don't have to. Since 2018 we've grown into a portable sanitation company working out of 4 states, serving construction sites, homes, special events and disaster relief. We're the official partner of the Miami Dolphins, Hard Rock Stadium and Florida State Athletics. Our drivers keep all of that running, and we back them with a dispatch team, district managers and office staff who pick up the phone. How we work matters just as much as the work we do. These values guide how we work together, serve our customers, and continue to grow. You'll run a non-CDL pump truck on a set route. At each stop you service portable restrooms: pump the tanks, clean and restock the units, and keep things moving. You'll finish the day at the disposal site. It's physical, outdoor work with real responsibility for the truck and for being on time, and it's a solid path into a CDL role.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• 5-year driving record that passes our insurance review
• Available for some nights, weekends and holidays, including storm and event surges

Nice To Haves

• Experience driving a work truck or pulling a trailer preferred
• Interest in earning your CDL and moving up

Responsibilities

• Do your pre-trip inspection and log it before rolling out
• Work your route: pump, clean, sanitize and restock each unit
• Keep dispatch posted on delays, site problems, breakdowns or accidents
• Unload at the approved disposal site and keep your dump, mileage and service logs
• Refuel, handle basic upkeep and flag anything the shop needs to fix
• Master your route to safely execute 30 to 50+ service stops per day, navigating tight alleys and busy construction zones without incidents or delays.
• Ensure every single portable unit is perfectly pumped, power-washed, chemically recharged, and fully restocked at every visit.
• Drive defensively to smoothly manage liquid tank "slosh" and keep an eye on your pump so small problems get fixed before they become breakdowns.
• When a unit is blocked or inaccessible, coordinate directly with the site foreman to find a solution or document the issue immediately on our routing app.
• Keep a safe driving record, complete thorough daily pre-trip inspections, and ensure 100% legal waste disposal at authorized municipal facilities.
