Requirements
- Willingness to learn and grow within the trade.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance record.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience is a plus but not required—we will train the right candidate!
Responsibilities
- Assist pump truck technicians with daily operations, including setup, maintenance, and cleanup of job sites.
- Follow a predetermined route to service assigned locations.
- Pump out waste, clean units, refill water, and restock supplies as needed.
- Operate and drive a non-CDL small pumper truck safely and efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service while representing the company on-site.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all safety guidelines and company protocols.
