The Pump Test Technician I assembles, maintains, evaluates and installs reciprocating plunger pumps to prepare for testing. Requirements
- Must be trained and qualified in Autofrettage
- A current Fort Worth HQ SPM employee in Building A
Responsibilities
- Connects units to test equipment
- Assembles and disassembles pump components
- Analyzes blueprints, schematics, diagrams and drawings to determine fabrication specifications
- Assemble product per work instructions, Standard Operating Procedures, blueprints, Risk Assessment and job routers
- Verifies conformance to specifications
- Maintains routine housekeeping to eliminate workplace hazards
- Performs other duties as assigned
