About The Position

Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. This role operates and maneuvers a concrete pump truck (32 meters or more) safely and efficiently. The operator will inspect, set up, and position equipment to meet job specifications and site conditions. Routine cleaning and maintenance of the pump, boom, and related components are also key responsibilities. Effective communication with contractors and crew is essential for smooth concrete placement, and maintaining accurate logs, reports, and documentation related to daily operations is required.

Requirements

Demonstrated capability in operating large concrete pump equipment safely.
Strong awareness of surroundings and sound judgment in variable jobsite conditions.
Ability to complete tasks independently while supporting team operations.
Commitment to following safety standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Reliability, adaptability, and effective communication skills.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination and background check.
Verification of age will be required as a condition of employment.
