About The Position

Lloydminster Co-op Hampton's Gas Bar is recruiting for a Full Time Pump Attendant. The primary focus is to provide excellent pump service at all times, prioritizing customer assistance over other duties. Customers should never have to wait at unattended pumps or propane facilities. Responsibilities include fueling vehicles, managing and maintaining product inventory, and upkeep of displays. The role also involves providing information and assistance to customers in a friendly and courteous manner, cross-training in other departments, maintaining dress code standards, performing general housekeeping and maintenance, and attending training sessions and department meetings. Additionally, the attendant will enforce policies and procedures related to security, fire prevention, safety, and accident management as directed by the Gas Bar Manager.

Responsibilities

Provide quality pump service at all times.
Approach customers for customer service as a first priority.
Ensure customers are never forced to wait at unattended pumps/propane facilities.
Perform all aspects of filling appropriate fuel into vehicles.
Store and maintain product.
Maintain displays.
Provide information, assistance and service to other customers as required.
Greet customers in a friendly, courteous manner.
Cross train in other departments as required.
Maintain standards of dress code at all times.
Perform general housekeeping and maintenance duties.
Attend and participate in training sessions and department meetings.
Enforce policy and procedure in areas of security, fire prevention, safety and accidents.
