We’re looking for a skilled assembler to take on complex builds and testing of both standard and custom vacuum pumps and compressors. Requirements
- Basic computer knowledge to perform labor transactions, and other required functions
- Two year Technical Degree or work related equivalent
Responsibilities
- Earn and maintain Operator Authorizations to support production.
- Work from detailed drawings and instructions to bring intricate designs to life.
- Assemble components into sub-assemblies and complete units, ensuring precise fit, alignment, and performance.
- Set up advanced test systems and perform specialized procedures to verify quality and function.
- Keep production on track by adjusting machines and tools, troubleshooting issues, and implementing corrective actions.
- Inspect and measure parts with micrometers, verniers, and leak detection tools; ensure every component meets integrity and dimensional standards.
- Apply quality control methods, including Statistical Process Control (SPC), to uphold world-class standards.
- Share your expertise—assist and mentor team members when needed.
- Use basic computer applications to log labor transactions and maintain records.
