About The Position

A leading medical group is looking to hire a Pulmonologist to work in Findlay, OH. This position offers a four-day work week and a $100,000 sign-on bonus. The group is a non-profit independent health system that employs over 3,000 associates and serves an eight-county area. It is a 150-bed, Level III Trauma Center and a 6-time recipient of IBM Watson Health recognition. The location is close to Detroit and Toledo, with several large local companies and 8 universities in the area. The group boasts new facilities, high retention, and physician autonomy.

Requirements

• Board Certified / Board Eligible Pulmonology
• Ability to hold an Ohio State License

Responsibilities

• Perform a broad range of pulmonary and critical care procedures, including: Endobronchial ultrasound (EBUS), Robotic bronchoscopy, Thoracentesis, Chest tube placement, Central line placement, Ventilator management.
• Work in a predominantly outpatient pulmonary practice focusing on Asthma, COPD, Interstitial Lung Disease, and Lung Cancer screening.
• Collaborate with a Pulmonary & Critical Care team with strong specialty support.
• Participate in a physician-led culture with local decision-making in an independent health system.

Benefits

• Base Salary: $500,000 - $550,000 / yr
• Uncapped productivity bonus: $84 per wRVU
• Signing bonus: $100,000 ($50,000 in Year 1 and $50,000 in Year 2)
