About The Position

We are looking for a fantastic pulmonologist for both succession planning and growth in our highly-respected pulmonary practice. Our exceptional pulmonologists treat a wide range of conditions including shortness of breath, chronic cough, asthma, COPD, emphysema, lung cancer, pleurisy, blood vessel disorders in the lungs, and obstructive sleep apnea. Our clinic is located in Larkspur with a comprehensive PF Lab located at MarinHealth Medical Center. This opportunity is open to physicians who wish to practice outpatient Pulmonary & Sleep Medicine and inpatient Pulmonary Medicine. Opportunities for CC shifts available. Join an exceptional, well-established network of collaborative primary care and specialty providers. This is a full-time position (36 patient contact hours/week) with a collegial team and supportive environment, with clinics located in Larkspur and Novato. Hospital consults/call are split equally amongst the group, with support from primary care and hospitalists. An EPIC electronic health record is utilized, and a Hospitalist Program is in place at MarinHealth Medical Center. This is a highly desirable, family-friendly community. Employment is through Prima Medical Group.

Requirements

M.D. or D.O.
Board-eligible or certified in Pulmonary Medicine
Licensed or eligible for licensure in California
Excellent communication skills and ability to develop strong relationships with patients
Sensitivity to cultural and linguistic differences
Practice evidence-based medicine
Strong philosophy of excellence in patient care and overall patient experience
