About The Position
The Nursing Assistant performs direct and indirect patient care tasks delegated by and carried out under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse. The role provides basic patient care, including bathing and hygiene, elimination and toileting, nutrition, feeding and hydration, ambulation, and positioning. The Nursing Assistant supports patient safety and satisfaction by conducting regular rounds on the nursing unit and communicating effectively with all team members.
Requirements
- Applicable experience: less than 1 year.
- Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross.
Responsibilities
