About The Position

Perform Pulmonary Function Testing with an emphasis on providing an exceptional patient experience. Promote and ensure continuity in the quality of Pulmonary Function testing.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in Pulmonary Function Testing, including quality control measures.
• Maintain current BLS certification, or obtain a BLS card within 6 months of employment if not current.
• Be credentialed by the National Board of Respiratory Care as a Certified Respiratory Therapist or Registered Respiratory Therapist.
• Hold a current Montana license as a Respiratory Care Practitioner.
• Effectively and creatively solve problems without immediate supervision.
• Plan and use time wisely.
• Communicate effectively with patients and families who may be under physical and emotional stress.
• Gather and exchange information effectively with nursing personnel, physicians, and customers.
• Accurately enter data using a computer.
• Interact effectively with patients and families who may be under physical or emotional stress.
