The Pullet Crew Supervisor is responsible for the movement of pullets, field vaccinations and medication, and hen productivity. This role may also include gathering and transportation of eggs and hatchability. The position involves inspecting farms for compliance with contract and cooperative agreement standards, advising farmers on development programs to assist in producing quality poultry products, and conducting safety meetings. Key duties include coordinating and/or handling the movement of pullets, performing field vaccinations and/or administering medications, weighing, handling and fleshing pullets, hens and males, and tracking and analyzing hen productivity. The role may also involve collecting and transporting eggs, tracking hatchability, and scheduling and training other employees.
