Requirements

Solid experience in publishing, graphics, prepress, or a similar field
Strong attention to detail — you catch the little things others miss
Ability to juggle multiple projects and stay organized in a fast-moving environment
Comfortable working independently but also a real team player
A process-minded thinker who’s always looking for a smarter way to do things
Willingness to adapt, pitch in, and take on new challenges as they come
Authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship

Hands-on knowledge of publishing/graphics software and prepress workflows

Responsibilities

Reviewing and prepping artwork quickly and accurately
Working with customers and distributors to interpret requests and ensure artwork is print-ready
Collaborating with production and other departments to balance what’s possible with what our customers expect
Pitching in on special projects — even outside your normal day-to-day work
Attending team meetings and ongoing training sessions
Being flexible with overtime and occasional Saturday work when needed
