About The Position

2K Games is a global video game company that publishes titles developed by influential game development studios. Our portfolio includes world-class games across multiple platforms, and we are expanding our offerings by building and acquiring exciting studios. We publish titles in popular genres such as sports, shooters, action, role-playing, strategy, casual, and family entertainment. Our team consists of engineers, marketers, artists, writers, data scientists, producers, problem solvers, and doers who are the professional publishing stewards of our acclaimed franchises. We pride ourselves on creating an inclusive work environment where employees are encouraged to 'Come as You Are' and do their best work. We are dedicated to diversity and inclusion and want our community of candidates to reflect this commitment. We encourage all qualified applicants to explore our global positions. The Publishing Graduate Program is a rotation-based journey through our business, with locations in Dublin, London, or Novato, and the possibility of a rotation in an international office. This program allows you to shape your own experience by matching your learning goals to our business needs. At 2K, 'publishing' encompasses everything outside of game development that brings games to market, including advertising, budget planning, marketing technology, live services, growth strategy, player insights and analytics, and go-to-market planning. Our rotations provide hands-on experience across the entire publishing organization.
