Researches, writes, and edits State policy for use in documents such as articles, manuals, and user guides. Responsible for developing announcements regarding implementation of State policy, as well as changes to systems that support State policy. Your role in our mission is to research, write, and edit State policy for use in documents such as articles, manuals, and user guides to provide the public with information regarding technical areas in a less technical way. You will collaborate with technical and non-technical staff to create and refine draft materials. Collaboration styles include, but are not limited to, interviewing internal and external staff, reading previous documentation, and conducting cross-discipline meetings. You will write, organize, and review online help documents, policy and system change announcements to support end users. You will use a variety of resources to gather and research previous documentation for use as a reference in your drafted materials. You will also coordinate multiple projects on various deadlines and escalate issues in a timely manner.
