About The Position

As Water Foreman, you’ll guide the field execution of the City’s water line construction, maintenance, and repair work—helping keep service reliable and safe for the community. You will plan, coordinate, and supervise public works crews, set daily priorities, ensure safe traffic control practices, and communicate clearly with residents and other stakeholders. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
1 year prior supervisory experience plus 3 years in related public works
Valid Colorado driver’s license, Class CDL/B
Current CDPHE Water Distribution Class 2 Certification
Qualified heavy equipment operator
Ability to follow written/oral instructions
Ability to organize crews
Ability to meet effectively with the public

Nice To Haves

Good physical condition
Knowledge of street and water construction and the MUTCD
Available for on-call emergency response
