The Public Works Division Manager, Operations & Maintenance, leads critical Public Works programs and serves as a key advisor to the Public Works Director and City Engineer on complex, high-impact departmental initiatives. The position oversees cross-divisional coordination, including Street Maintenance Programs, City Forestry, Code Enforcement, Camp and Right of Way Cleanup, Drainage Maintenance, oversite of the 2C Pavement Program, and construction inspection. This role will direct staff, manage budgets, guide policy development, and represent the department to other agencies, elected officials, and the community. The role also drives process improvement, project oversight, and stakeholder engagement to support safe, effective public infrastructure and high-quality service delivery.
