The Public Space Lead will oversee the cleaning and maintenance of various public areas within the resort. This includes restrooms, food and beverage outlets, the spa, associate break areas, hallways, lobbies, offices, and other guest-facing areas such as Top of the Rock and Buffalo Ridge. The role involves managing a team to ensure these areas are kept to a high standard according to the housekeeping manual and as directed by the Housekeeping Manager. The position requires responding to guest requests promptly, maintaining awareness of safety procedures, and demonstrating knowledge of cleaning products and their safe usage. Providing professional and friendly service to all guests is paramount. The Public Space Lead is also responsible for creating the team's schedule and collaborating with the Housekeeping Manager to ensure all public spaces are impeccably maintained.
