About The Position

This role helps create a welcoming environment by keeping public guest and associate spaces clean, organized, and well-maintained. Responsibilities include vacuuming, mopping, dusting and sanitizing restrooms, dining venues, amenities’ areas, break rooms and other assigned spaces. The role requires a high level of dependability, detail-oriented, efficiency and a commitment to providing excellent guest service.

Requirements

Minimum Degree Preferred: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Minimum Years of experience: 1-2 years General housekeeping or cleaning
Required Certificate(s) or License(s): State Issued Chauffer’s license in the state employed or resident
General knowledge of cleaning supplies and equipment
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence in English
Ability to work irregular hours, including events, weekends, and holidays based on property’s guest schedules and visits
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral communication mediums

Responsibilities

Maintain clean, safe, and welcoming public spaces, including restrooms, guest areas, dining venues, and associate facilities.
Complete routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing in accordance with department standards.
Clean and maintain windows, mirrors, glass surfaces, fixtures, and high-touch areas to ensure a polished appearance.
Empty waste and recycling receptacles and maintain designated outdoor and indoor disposal areas.
Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, delivering exceptional service and support.
Safely use, handle, and store cleaning products, chemicals, and equipment while following all safety guidelines and PPE requirements.
Monitor and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment to support efficient daily operations.
Follow established safety, cleanliness, and service standards while supporting team members and completing additional duties as assigned.
