The analyst may participate in settlement discussions and formal hearings and must be able to explain and support complex technical conclusions based on the evidentiary record. The Public Service Rate Case Analyst II is a mid-level professional responsible for conducting in-depth financial, economic, and regulatory analysis of utility rate cases to ensure just and reasonable rates for Arkansas consumers. This role involves reviewing cost-of-service studies, evaluating utility rate structures, and making recommendations to state regulators on rate adjustments and policy changes.
