About The Position
FuntoNetwork is seeking a Public Sector IT Proposal Manager for an upcoming project opportunity: Maine Government IT Services Solicitation Intake. This role involves Maine source intake for software, cloud, cybersecurity, and consulting opportunities with October 2026 due dates. The ideal candidate will coordinate eligibility review, compliance matrix, writing assignments, schedules, questions, and submission readiness. They will review role scope, project background, supporting materials, deadlines, and client requirements. The role requires clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders, support for quality control, status updates, and readiness for their assigned portion of the work. FuntoNetwork handles the client-facing proposal package and final source-portal submission separately. Selected consultants will use the FuntoNetwork mobile app to track opportunities, application status, contracts, earnings, payments, withdrawals, and related records.
Requirements
- Relevant experience for this project-based role.
- Strong written communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to work against project deadlines and client requirements.
- Attention to detail and ability to provide complete role-specific application materials.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate eligibility review, compliance matrix, writing assignments, schedules, questions, and submission readiness.
- Review the role scope, project background, supporting materials, deadline, and client requirements that relate to your assigned work.
- Provide only the role-specific materials requested by FuntoNetwork, such as your resume, cover letter, work samples, technical notes, estimates, or availability.
- Coordinate with FuntoNetwork on your assigned consultant role and related technical work only.
- Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders as needed.
- Support quality control, status updates, and readiness for your assigned portion of the work.
